In 1982 Claudia Bondareva graduated with distinction from the Cybernetics Department of the Kiev National University. Studied management in Belgium and Sweden. She is a holder of Senior Project Manager IPMA International Certificate (level “B”). Claudia Bondareva is the recipient of many awards for professional achievement. She began her professional career as engineer, then as of 1990 she occupied top managerial positions in the construction business and after 12 years she became the majority shareholder and Managing Director of “Pagoda” FCC. The founder and establisher of FCC “Pagoda” (97.5%). The member of board of management of Builders Confederation of Ukraine. |

Her leisure interests include tourism, diving. |
