Claudia Vladimirovna Bondareva

In 1982 Claudia Bondareva graduated with distinction from the Cybernetics Department of the Kiev National University. Studied management in Belgium and Sweden. She is a holder of Senior Project Manager IPMA International Certificate (level “B”).

Claudia Bondareva is the recipient of many awards for professional achievement. She began her professional career as engineer, then as of 1990 she occupied top managerial positions in the construction business and after 12 years she became the majority shareholder and Managing Director of “Pagoda” FCC.

The founder and establisher of FCC “Pagoda” (97.5%). The member of board of management of Builders Confederation of Ukraine.

Evgeni Vladimirovich Kazantsev

Institute of Economy, Institute for Social and Economic Problems of Foreign Countries. 6 years – India; 2 years – Sri Lanka; 13 years – Director of British Company in Ukraine (aviation); Air Company (president, proprietor); development and legal companies; synchronous interpreter/translator.

Nina Mikhailovna Kolpakova

1967 – Graduated from the Nikolaev Building Vocational College.

1993 – Graduated from the Kiev Engineering and Building University,
Department – Civil Engineering.

40 years (plus) of professional experience at different State-run building organizations.

1997 – Deputy Head of Capital Development Department of the Kiev City Administration.

2001 – Deputy Head of Pechersk District (Kiev) State Administration.

2008 now – “Pagoda” FCC.

Her leisure interests include tourism, diving.

Mikhail Nikolaevich Grabarchuk

1994 – Graduated from the Kiev National University named after T.G. Shevchenko. Specialty – Geographer, Engineer in Geomorphology.

200 – Graduated from the Kiev National University named after T.G. Shevchenko. Specialty – Law.

Veteran of War in Afghanistan.

2002 now – Deputy Managing Director, “Pagoda” FCC
