Designing organization «UkrBaltProekt» is a structural subdivision of the financial and construction company – FSK «Pagoda».

«UkrBaltProekt» was created in 2007 and now has over 30 experts, each having more than 20 years of experience at the leading Designing Institutions of Ukraine («Kiev ZNIIEP», «Ukr Restavratziya», etc.).

«UkrBaltProekt» accumulated expertise in designing and architectural supervision of projects of different degree of complexity, ranging from cottages to administrative buildings and churches.

Our designs and designing solutions, combining rational approach and efficiency, allow the customers to save substantially on cost of materials. Our engineering solutions are based on the latest energy-saving technologies, materials and equipment.

«UkrBaltProekt» staff includes architects, designers and engineers in heating, ventilation, plumbing, sanitary, electrical, automation and smoke extraction.

«UkrBaltProekt’s » main characteristic feature is combination of the beauty of architectural design with rational technical decisions which allow to build objects which are both attractive and cost effective.

Activities:

• Architectural Department designs residential houses, civil buildings, including office, retail, public catering and health service centers, schools, kindergartens, scientific research institutions, health rehabilitation complexes, transport facilities, garages, petrol and car repair stations.
• Design Department, along with designing structures of stone, concrete and metal also designs structures in wood, glued wood and wood and metal combined.
• Engineering Department designs: external and internal engineering systems, water supply, water drainage and sewage; heat supply, power supply and electrical equipment; external illumination, communication and alarm systems; radio, TV and IT; smoke protection, fire alarm and evacuation, fire-prevention supervision, lightning earthing for buildings and structures, fire proofing of building carrying structures and protective fencing.
