At «Housing-2009» Pagoda’s “Fairy Tale” Small Town was recognized as the Best Kiev Property Project in cottage nomination.
The out-of-the-common concept of «Fairy Tale» of the Financial and Construction company «Pagoda» was pronounced a Winner in “Cottage-2009” all-Ukrainian competition.
The unique site location, concept, quality non-hackneyed architecture, well-considered infrastructure and premium-class technological solutions were among the criteria in determining the winner.

The «Fairy Tale» location is really unique bordering on a forest reserve, curative water springs and at the same time being close to the advantages of city infrastructure. «We have very carefully fitted in our project into the protected beauty of Feofania not disturbing its cultural and sacred value. And this is what we had in mind when conceiving the concept of a “closed society” of dwellers who would be posed to preserve surrounding beauty, upkeep of the territory and cherish peace and quite and be amicable to each other» – Claudia Bondareva, Managing Director of «Pagoda» said.
«Fairy Tale» shall be a small town of 3-story cottages and townhouses located within city boundaries including fountains, arbor, children play grounds, park and a small plot of land near every house which shall be looking fabulously great. Project’s outstanding feature is fairy tale concept. All houses shall be executed in the West European style with walls showing scenes of fairy tales and little sculptures here and there of favorite heroes. Streets shall be named after famous storytellers. What is also attractive is that no similar architectural design could be found in the same street which is unique for town houses as they are today. On the same territory (but beyond the living area of residential houses) there will be a medical centre «Phoenix», mini market, laundry, dry-cleaners, beauty salon, café-cookery and car wash.
